Hopefully the movie it’s attached to is just as fun, just as playful, and just as silly. The whole album is a treat, and a fun way to pass a half hour or so. Love for the culture of his adopted home, but mostly a love of music in all its forms and styles The faithful arrangements deprive the collection of any real edge – "Elle Et Moi" should be sexier – but this is not the place for surprises.
